Cancellation Policy

Hey there! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few important details about booking your session: 1. Booking & Payment The total balance is required to secure your date. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new date. Cancellations within 24 hours mean the deposit is non-refundable, but I’m happy to apply it to a future session. A no-show fee applies of 50% if there is no-show without prior warning. If I ever need to reschedule (very rare, but just in case!), I’ll offer the next available date that works for you. 3. Session Details Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session! If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but it may shorten our time together. The session allows up to 3 outfit changes, but if you prefer to just do 1 or 2 I will work at your pace and we can concentrate on the looks you have. As we are shooting outdoors, I’ll keep an eye on the weather. If needed, we’ll reschedule. 4. Image Delivery & Usage Your edited images will be ready within 10-14 business days and delivered via an online gallery. You choose the images included (6 for 1 hour heashoots) and I will send them to you online. Additional images are available to purchase at €10 per image. You’ll have full personal use rights—feel free to share and print them! If you need them for business purposes, just let me know so we can arrange the right licensing. I love sharing my work and may feature your photos on my website or social media. If you’d prefer to keep them private, just let me know. 5. Retouching & Edits Light retouching (skin smoothing, colour correction, and minor blemish removal) is included. If you have any specific requests, let’s chat! Additional edits may have a small fee. 6. Happiness Guarantee My goal is for you to love your photos! Since photography is a creative service, refunds are not possible, but if there’s anything you’re not 100% happy with, let’s talk within 7 days of receiving your images, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
